OMG it is low, but that view is so terrific. I've spent most of my life along the Missouri and Mississippi; there really is something about nature near rivers that I love.

thanks for looking at the picture:) I love taking pictures of the river from that point. It is right behind the state capitol. From there, I can see the railroad below, the bridge over the river, and the river. It is 3 forms of transportation in one setting.
