driving and cell phones

States urged to ban cell phones for teen drivers
WASHINGTON - New drivers have enough things to worry about without adding cell phones and other wireless devices to the mix, federal safety regulators say. They want all states to make it illegal for teenagers and other novice drivers to jabber on phones.
I am of two minds on this one. Of course if they are talking on the phone, they should pull off to the side of the road, anyway. I know most people don't, but there are headsets that they can use without having to worry about hands off the wheel.
