About 88,500 Hurricane Katrina refugees are in shelters in 25 states and Washington, D.C., according to the Red Cross and state officials
The article gives a breakdown of how many in each state and whether they are in shelters or other areas. I wonder how many will end up staying in the state they're at, and how many go back?
