Judge Assigned to Hear the Case Against Rep. Tom DeLay Under Scrutiny
AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - Attorneys defending Republican U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay are hoping they can convince a judge that Democratic state district Judge Bob Perkins should not oversee DeLay's criminal trial...Okay, I guess that's what they pay the lawyers to do. It pisses me off, though, because I think about how the taxpayers are bilked and lied to, and it seems like it's just another day for our representatives.
