Another accident.
Authorities Say Speeder Caused Crash. It's not a very good picture, but this tied up traffic for a while. I had to be somewhere, so I took the (open) exit as soon as the traffic crawled up close enough. As I waited for the light to change, I pointed my camera and hoped I would be able to see what was going on from the photo.
I'm not sure what these folks are doing. It was at the accident site and, I guess, they're in one of the ladders from a firetruck?
