WASHINGTON (AP)--Gingrich Cheers Frustrated Conservatives.
Newt Gingrich, who led the Republican Party to power a dozen years ago, told cheering conservatives Saturday it is time to overhaul a balky, slow-moving government locked in the last century...This guy is the poster child for hypocricy. I guess it shows what the conservatives are teaching their children. I have to admit to being concerned if he ends up being the Republican candidate for president in 2008. People forget, they lose focus, and the ability to whitewash their candidates, while stabbing any Democrat candidate, is unbelievably effective, in the Republican party.
...Gingrich, who has been on a promotional book tour, said he isn't currently running for president, though he hasn't ruled it out....
