Friday Cat Blogging-Rocky...squirrel.
As I was walking along, I noticed Rocky-the-flying-squirrel in the tree. I asked Rocky-the-flying-squirrel what he thought of the presidential race. He thought it was just plain sad that a good candidate, like Bill Richardson, dropped out. I had to agree.
We then discussed comics. I told Rocky-the-flying-squirrel I liked his films with the moose. He told me that they were fun to make. He explained the moose isn't the brightest star in the sky, but he is awfully kind. He always shares his wine and cheese sandwiches.
We discussed many things this day. We talked about the comic strip, "Maxine". Neither of us care for it. We don't much care for "The Lockhorns", either. We think there's too much meanness in the world, already. "Maxine" needs an attitude adjustment and "The Lockhorns" need to change marriage counselors...or get a divorce already. That continual bickering and poking nastiness at each other is hell.
I've noticed an increase in television advertisements that show people making uncalled for comments about each other...You know, putting each other down. Rocky-the-flying-squirrel hadn't seen any, recently. He doesn't watch much television. Another thing we agreed on is that tv advertisements need to show more kittens, puppies and squirrels. At least they usually keep their negative comments to themselves...and they're cute. They make most viewers smile.
Thefabulous furry five (not that they're not fabulous; I don't feel like getting sued by The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers) wanted to let you know that at least one of them will be starring, next week, in the usual Friday Cat Blogging post.
Happy Friday! As always, check out the wonderful animal pictures linked for Friday Ark at The Modulator.
