Painting Pet Portraits
I can't believe it's been so long since I last posted!
In October, I was given seven pet portraits to paint, for a charity event, for a local animal shelter. The Art League hosts an event every year. People go to their site, fill out a form and submit a photo of their pet, with a specified payment. Artists are given the amount of photos they volunteered to paint. We have a month to paint them.
I took my paintings in to the Art League around the middle of November. The Art League then sends them out to the pet ownsers.
