FCB - Cotton's door
Cotton wants to remind all four-legged creatures that it's okay to ask their humans for help. Cotton sometimes goes into the spare room by climbing under the bathroom sink and through the water heater space. Once in the room, he can dally around all he likes. When he's finished dallying, he wants to come out. Why should he backtrack? Afterall, it's not like he has hands! It's much easier to scratch at the door. He knows mommy will get up and open the door to let him out.

FCB-The Quiet One.
We went to bed early, last night, and neglected to publish our Friday Cat picture. We figured we would have plenty of time this morning...If we got up with the alarm clock. I didn't, but I do know certain cats ran into the living room at that time. Here's sweet Lady Fortuna. When I leave the chair she likes to jump in it. Surprise! I get back to the chair and there she is! I never have to pick her up, or push her off, she always leaves the chair as soon as I get to it. What a sweet kitty!

Wednesday thoughts.
Remember how I mentioned, last Friday, that my sister's cats tire out the horses, leaving them all sweaty and allowing them to roll in the mud? Here's the proof.
I was reading to Rocky Girl from an article in the April 2008 issue of Cat Fancy.
"They are not mean," says Alexy, who breeds Siamese and Abyssinians with her husband, Bruce.
Rocky Girl seems to have a shocked look on her face. Is it just us, or does that sentence look funny?

Friday cat blogging...not the usual cats.
Last weekend, my sister invited me over to ride horses. Imagine how sad we were when we found the horses too tired to gallup, trot, or even walk. Well, we found out why! The cats have been riding the horses without Sis knowing - pictured is Sam riding Prince VanDoe. Sammie is behind, waiting for the next scary cat. The cats get the horses all sweaty and tired, then allow them to roll in the muddy pasture. We ended up with the options of watching TV or playing Go Fish, instead!...and it's not like you can spank or scold these cats. They have claws! This kitty (Jessie) is their leader. Would you try to scold THIS cat?
